Sunrise
I never thought I'd be a sunrise type person. I am NOT a morning person, if my other posts haven't alerted you to that info...grin. But, in having to be forced to be up with getting my children ready for school, I must be realistic and take care of business.
This morning, I'm sitting at my computer, typing while I'm waiting for the boys to get through with their baths, and here is this gorgeous sunrise outside my window.
Isn't our earth simply amazing? sigh. What a gorgeous day this is going to be. I hope you all have a great sunrise, or if not, a beautiful sunset tonight. Those are excellent too!

The world our Heavenly Father blessed us with and the Savior created for us is truly beautiful isn't it? One of my most favorite things to do when I step out of my house for my early morning walk is to stop, look toward the mountains as the sun begins to rise and once again as I return from evening walk to look to the west and see the brilliance of the sun as it retires for the night. So yes, our earth is truly amazing.
You have such a beautiful view out of your windows year round. Just perfect.
I was startled for a moment. Thought I'd hit the wrong blog link. But, I'm back again with a really fun idea:
I'll admit it, I ripped this idea off the JustaBeachKat blog. But every woman blogger in my area of the country, within driving distance, let's get together for lunch? How fun would that be . . . it will be the first meeting of the Utah Chapter of BEAUTIFUL BABBLING BOISTEROUS BLOGGING BABES. Email me at ces@candacesalima.com and let's pick a day for our first meeting!
Okay, I'll admit it. Anne Bradshaw over at Not Entirely British did a really good thing and I am shamelessly borrowing from her idea of spotlighting the most amazing youth in the world. I think it is incredible what she has done and the youth that are the finalists in her contest are truly amazing. If you haven't gone to her blog yet, read about them and vote, you're going to want to do that as soon as you're done reading mine, submitting a nomination and generally recognizing that I'm the greatest blogger to ever walk the earth . . . all right, all right, you don't have to do that last part. As long as it exists in my mind I'm okay with that.
