The End of Summer....

almost.  I can't believe it's the last day of JULY!!  Where has the summer gone??  June was a blink...and July was right after it.  I have also been busier this summer than previous, and my daughter pointedly reminded me that I hadn't posted for 2 weeks.  Well...  I don't think anyone but her has noticed, lol., but okay, so I'll post something.  Geesh.
It's all good...
So...here's the holiday list for today (from brownielocks and others...) :
National Avocado Day - Yeah!  I love avocados now.  I used to only stand them for the wonder of guacamole, but now I put them in salads, on my burger, yum.  My hubby still has a hard time with store bought ones - he grew up with his grandmother bringing fresh ones off her tree in southern Cal...big huge things that were the size of a softball.  Oh well...they're still good!

National Mutt Day - horray for mutts!!  I don't know that we'll ever pay money for a purebred animal.  We love mutts and how wonderful they are.  My daughter has a mini dachshund and it's supposed to be pure - but she doesn't have papers.  Then we have some kind of chiuaua mix with a terrier, and he worships the ground we walk on.  He's a sweetie.  Got to love those dogs...and I never thought I'd be a dog person!

Uncommon Instruments Awareness Day - so, I don't know why we should be aware of uncommon instruments, but then, I guess it's always a good thing to broaden the perspective.  :)   So...here's a zurna.  It is an instrument common to Turkey, and it's uncommon...

World Ranger DayThis is a day to raise awareness and praise for those game wardens in Africa to protect the animals at the risk of their lives... or so it says on the website.

National Raspberry Cake Day - This is a good one to celebrate.  Apparently there are lots of versions to contemplate.  I think the best would be a raspberry poke cake for summer.  Don't you??  Nice and cool.... this photo from Taste of Home looks very similar  to what we usually do.  White cake mix...raspberry jello...whipped topping, fridge time...ya - good stuff.  :)

Cotton Candy Day - I'm not a big cotton candy, but I've noticed that if you hand it out, almost everyone will eat it. What is it about spun sugar???  And it gets everywhere!  I've been in booths next to them and found cotton candy everywhere!  If you are one of those fans...they do have it in the stores now.  Is it as good as fresh?  You tell me...

Jump for Jelly Beans Day - Yeah, jelly beans!!  I  have to say though - these are like one step up from cotton candy, right??  I mean, it's once again pure sugar.  But, I have to say, I love the star burst ones!!  Those are the best!  they actually have flavor...  :)

Well, that's it for that stuff.
Last night we had a bday dinner for my youngest daughter (you know who you are) and had pizza cooked on the grill.  It turned out awesome!  I'd even froze the dough and had to defrost it.  Everyone made their own, and everyone loved it.  Then we attempted a chocolate strawberry cake.  She liked it...so that's all that matters, right?  It turned out pretty tasty, if not all that great looking, lol.  Have you tried cooking pizza on the grill?  I found some metal tray like things that we put the pizza's on, and they worked great.  Everyone was in agreement - we definitely need to do those again!
had some fun doing some chalk signs for a neighbor who's daughter is getting married.  Haven't done much with chalk markers...but I was having fun with them!!

So - off to other stuff.  Hope you aren't melting...have to say, there are many times that I think air conditioning was one of the best inventions...EVER.  :)  Love me my cool house...
Have a great one!

And Today's winner is...

French fries!  That's right...the only think worth mentioning in the world silly holidays is it's national french fries day.  I'm really liking that...I love french fries.  Dipped in a little fry sauce...or even a milk shake...a nice thick fry - yum!!
😋
It's also supposedly Beans and Franks day...which for those of you who have no idea, that's pork and beans with hot dogs.  I grew up with that one...haven't really had it in awhile.  My family isn't really big on pork n beans.  Probably because I haven't really served it to them, lol.  It's not like my favorite thing...

Going to babysit grandkids this morning - should be fun and entertaining.  4 kidlets under the age of 8 running around a and screaming.  The best way to spend a Friday, right?  :)

Have a great day!

Baby it's HOT outside...

Oh boy - some people just thrive on the heat.  That's why they move to southern states, southern part of states, southern part of the globe, etc.... lol  (well, I guess not too south, that's COLD) :)
But anyway - had a wonderful trip to the coast to visit my bro and his wife - and it was gloriously cool!!!  It never got hotter than 70's!  My hubby offered to let me stay there...but I had commitments here, and came home.  But I tell ya, right after we got home, it got HOT.  I'm not made for these temps, people!  I did much better in Oregon...  sigh.  But such is life.  We are hoping that some time in the future we might be able to join my bro - he's not there right now anyway, he still has 22 months of work, lol.  But I guess we'll see.  Where is your favorite place?  I used to say the beach was ALWAYS my favorite, and then I discovered Island Park, Idaho.  Now it's a tie.  I love the peace...it's generally cooler, and it's just lovely.  And on the note of lovely...  my glads are blooming!!
I don't know why I love them so much, but I do.  I wish they didn't have such heavy heads, half of them end up bent over!  But, they are gorgeous, and I'll be painting them, I'm sure.  Well, at least that's the goal...
So anyway - my whole point in starting this post was I realized I hadn't done a celebration one in a while.  Everyone is posting about how today is Pina Colada day, so I had to look and see what else was up...
Don't Step On A Bee Day - this is a good thing to note.  Who wants to step on a bee?  Why would you have to have a day to celebrate it???  I just don't get people sometimes.  Go figure.  It just makes me remember the childrens song:  "I'm bringing home a baby bumblebee...won't my mommy be so proud of me, I'm bringing home a baby bumblebee...Ouch!  It stung me!  I'm squishing up a baby bumblebee..."  lol

Piña Colada Day - Here ya go - the one everyone else is touting, lol.  I'm not big on Pina Colada's because I'm not a big coconut fan.  ugh.

U.S. Energy Independence Day - I figure I'm doing my part on this one - we have solar, baby!!  It's so excited to see our power bill at less than $10!!  and this last month we actually had a credit!  I am doing a happy dance.  :)   Now if we can keep that going, it would be nice.  The five adults living in the house with us tend to use a lot of electricity though...so we're ready to cut everyone off at 9pm, lol.

and last...something sounds good to me.  it's National Pick Blueberries day!  we actually drove by a blueberry farm on our way to the coast.  I thought it was cool, I've never seen one before.  I wanted to stop and pick, but we were sort of on a time crunch, so we didn't.  I love blueberries, do you?  I love them in smoothies, in yogurt, in bread, pancakes, muffins...not a big fan of them fresh unless in fruit salad and or in ice cream, but ya know.  We all have our little quirks, right?

have a great day!!  here's a little vid to help with the relaxing and cool thoughts...

Happy 4th!!

To all those who celebrate the 4th of July with us...happy day!!  Hope you have a wonderful day with family and friends.  :)

We're going to breakfast with family, and then I and my amazing hubby are going to be facepainting at a fireworks display.
It's going to be hot - and crazy - but fun.

I'm proud of our country, crazy and mixed up though the politics may be...sigh.  But it's an awesome country and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.  We are free to choose our lives, pretty much, and that's a great thing. An awesome thing!  God has given us this wonderful land, and I am sooo thankful!

Middle of June???

Where has the time been going??  I'm on my third week of break, and it feels like the days are speeding by.  Oh boy.  The weather has been sooo hot...then this weekend a nice storm moved through and cooled us down a little.  It's lovely...  I still can't wait to go to Oregon though... Although my hubby says what's the point of going to the beach if we aren't getting in the water??  lol   Just wait till he sticks his toes in that body of water...ugh!!
Anyway - realized I hadn't posted in a week or so, and figured I'd better get my fingers moving and my brain engaged.  Some days it seems to not want to work, lol.  My brain likes to be a sleep - but I'm working on it.

There's a couple of things to celebrate today...and then I want to talk about a movie we rented over the weekend...  :)

Autistic Pride Day -  we have an autistic son...(I think perhaps two - but that's another issue) and he tries sooo hard to do whats right.  He's a wonderful man, and a real example to all of us how to DO what the Lord tells us.  He started waving and saying hi to everyone he sees about two months or so ago...and he actually had someone pull over and threaten him for doing it.  Why would someone do that???  Anyway...I'm proud of my son.  I don't know why we were blessed with him, but I'm so thankful.  Autism is a strange thing...and varies from individual to individual.  I would never ask for anyone to have to deal with it...but I'm also thankful for the blessing of the man in our life who has it.

International Sushi Day -  Sushi!!  my favorite stuff other than pizza and chocolate, lol.  My daughter introduced us to sushi a couple of years ago, and while I don't like the sushimi type stuff (raw fish) I do love the sushi stuff - especially the spring roll with all veggies!!  YUM.  So...go celebrate the yumminess that is a BIG mouthful, lol.

National Splurge Day - and this is a cool day - I didn't know there was a splurge day.  I think that it would be an excuse for most women to grab the credit card.  I'm suggesting if you have a couple of extra bucks, go buy something!  lol   Don't go into debt for it though...  😇

So...onto the movie I mentioned.  We watched Only Imagine Friday, and while I had wanted to watch it before, we just hadn't gotten around to it.  My daughter brought it home, and oh my!!

If you get a chance to watch this, you need to.  It has some wonderful singing in it, the new actor who plays the part of Bart from MercyMe has an amazing voice!!!  It is not a light fluff movie either.  It's deep and covers serious issues...but it ends SO amazing...and awesome.  We loved it.
a humorous clip...

Official music video...

I remember when this song first hit the radio (that I remember anyway).  We had started a pizza store back in 2002 and this song came on sometime between then and 2004 (when it closed....)  I thought it was so awesome that they were playing a religious song!  and it just spoke to my heart.  I hope it speaks to yours...
Have a wonderful day.  :)

Second week of summer....

and already the days are blurring, lol.  I was going on an errand with my daughter this morning and I was having to ask her what day it was to be sure.  :)

Nothing like living life one day at a time.  I'm liking it.  Last week - my first official week of summer, was awesome.  We've had some wonderful weather, I have to say.  It was a little too warm toward the end of the week, but it cooled down nicely Sunday and yesterday.  Talk about blessed!!
So - other than that, it's been crazy.  It's funny how the minute you don't have to be somewhere everyday at the same time, other stuff suddenly becomes the focus of your life.
Well...writing has been on the back burner, and I'm going to be working on that.  My daughter reminded me that I hadn't written a post in over a week, so I figured I'd correct that now.
Apparently today was National peanut butter Cookie day...and I didn't celebrate!  Oh well...that doesn't mean we can't work on it for tomorrow, right?
It was also National Falafel Day and National Jerky Day.  Man...I missed out!
Well...we had death by chocolate ice cream.  Hope you all enjoyed your choice of sugar, lol.

Last day of school!!!

does that bring back the words of the immortal song of the 70's??  Schools out for summer...schools out for-ever...  I can hear that hard rock in my head...ugh.  lol  :)
Well, it's last day of work for me for a while, and I'm a bit excited...

We have trips planned, places to go, paintings to paint, people to see...it's going to be crazy awesome.  Hope you have a great time lined up.
Hope some of that time is at the beach... cause you know...the ocean always wins...  :)

Don't worry, I won't be silent the whole time.  I'll probably be writing more, now that I think about it...  I'll have so much time!!  lol....not.
Well, have a great day!

Happy Friday and Memorial Day weekend!!

So...what a week!  It's gone by so fast...and I'm afraid the weekend will too, I guess we'll see.  There's a couple of things to comment on today, and since I'm kind of busy today too, it's gonna be short - although that in no way should be inferred as a slur against anyone, lol.  ;)

Cookie Monster's Birthday - Happy bday cookie monster!!  It's time to make cookies and give them away to everyone.  Isn't that the best way to celebrate?  and we must have a clip from Studio C...

Don't Fry Day - so, I'm not sure if they're talking about literally frying food, or if they are hinting at frying yourself in the sun.  Either way, I can see their point.  Frying is not necessarily a good thing.  However - when your son purchases a fryer and likes to fry everything from hotdogs to shrimp, you take the shrimp when you can.  :)  or...if you are like the Robinsons,...frying is ALWAYS a good thing - just not frozen turkeys, right??  who knows about that one???

National Polka Day - Polka!!  Who likes to polka?  I did when I was a teenager.  I think it takes way to much energy now, lol

National Tap Dance Day - I think this is something thats dying out, so I think it's wonderful that they have a day for it.  I love this clip that shows all the great old timers doing their best.  If you've seen it, sorry - but it's awesome!

National Wig Out Day - Ever wanted to try another hair style without the cut?  Or see how you'd look with long blonde hair??  Today is the day to try that wig on and see how it fits you!!  Go to a wig shop and try one on!  You know you've always wanted to.  :)

Nerd Pride Day or Geek Pride Day - This day is the day the nerd rules!!  If you are so smart that you don't get the jokes, or can dismantle and reassemble the vcr in less than two hours, this is your day!!  :)

Towel Day - Towels!!  Who would have thought??  I personally like me a good long wide, thick towel.  But - that's not all a towel is good for!!  Whoever has read Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy or seen the movie knows what I mean.  :)

Well - have a terrific weekend!  The weather is supposed to be nice, and it's always a good time to pull out that grill and cook everything from veggies to shrimp.  I know we're probably going to do a bunch.  enjoy!!!

Dry Spell...but I'm still here.

I just haven't had the time....nor the inclination to write.  I thought that was rather imature of me, lol, so I figured I'd try and get something out today.  It is, after all, FRIDAY! and for some reason we always are excited about the weekends.  I overheard in a classroom the other day that one kid wished everyday was Friday.  I thought well, that would make it so you hated Friday, because we have to work sometime, or we can't eat or sleep in doors, lol.  So - we need to enjoy each day as we get them.  I like to quote KungFu Panda where the old turtle is telling Po that every day is a gift, that is why today is called the present.  We need to appreciate each day and gift of our lives, you don't know how long yours is going to be.

So...that seemed to be a little heavier than I meant...so onto lighter stuff.  :)  Tonight I get to have a girls night with my daugthters...it's the father and son (well...priesthood commemoration night, officially, but it will always be father's and sons to us, lol) campout.  Since it's at a neighbors and not up in the mountains, I'm not sure many are going to camp out.  I know my hubby isn't planning on it.  I recommended he come home and sleep in his own comfy bed, not some air mattress that always gives out in the middle of the night.  He agreed.  :)  He's really smart that way...
He's also a sweetheart...have I mentioned that before?  This week the Bees had a teacher appreciation game where the teachers could get two free tickets to the game last night.  We got some!!!  I texted my hubby on Monday and said, hey - want to go to a ball game free??  I mean...this man loves him some baseball...and we hardly get a chance to go anymore.  So, he jumped right on that and got some awesome tickets for last nights game.  And what a game!!!  They were playing the Sacramento River Cats, and it was not the best game for pitchers...  12 - 11!!!  wow...  we had been ahead by 4, and then they got several more hits.  It was a little chilly when the wind whipped around, but it was a great night and we loved it.  See?

So - since, as you'll see in a moment... today is pizza party day, we're going to have pizza for dinner.  I just have no idea what movie we'll watch...  Any recommendations??

so...to the list of today's celebrations.  I hope you knew about chicken dance day - everyone should have done the chicken dance...lol.

Buy A Musical Instrument Day- this is in honor the The Music Man.  I think it's a great way to encourage young people to play an instrument.  I don't think the average person can afford to buy a random instrument, but perhaps you could rent one, or encourage kidos to take band in school... (of course that would mean next year since this one is almost over...lol)

I Love Reeses Day - Yeah reeses!!!  They are so good, although, I have to admit, I don't care for them as much anymore.  I don't like milk chocolate and they don't make much of them in dark.  So...it's still good cold...and the mini ones are yummy in ice cream...just saying.  ;)
enjoy!!!

NASCAR Day -  For all of you racing fans out there - it's your day!!  I've never really been a big racing fan.  I grew up in California near a racing track and only went once.  When I say near, I mean you could hear the cars revving at my house.  We also heard one time when they were having a wet t-shirt contest and some men fell off the back of the bleachers...lol
This makes me think of two movies though:  Cars and Turbo.  I loved both shows...although I think I might even like Turbo better.  Who can beat that kind of underdog???

National Bike to Work Day - Well, for those who can do this, I think it's awesome.  There's a guy at work (you know who you are) who bikes every day!  rain, shine, snow...brrr!  he's dedicated.  He's been doing it for years.  My hubby used to do this, and then they stopped supplying him with a district car and he has to drive everywhere...bike doesn't work for big computers...just sayin'.  :)

National Museum Day - Museums!!  Like to visit museums?  Well today there is usually somewhere a free visit to the museum day.  I'm not sure if any are in Utah, but you can check it out.  Here's a link...  I would love to do this if I weren't working, lol

National Pizza Party Day  - Pizza party day!  Whoo! whoo! whoo!  lol.  Have I mentioned that I like pizza?  It's kind of an obsession...you'd think since we have once owned a pizza restaurant and had pizza every day for two years that we'd have been sooo sick of it and never want to see it again - but we made good pizza and the kids still wish we had the joint.  We even still have the recipe, but it's kind of hard to cut down to a regular sized mixer, lol.  I do have to admit that my favorite pizza used to be canadian bacon with pineapple...and I couldn't eat it for years.  Only now am I able to munch on it without forcing myself.  :)   My favorite pizza??  Pepperoni and pineapple!!  Of course...light alfredo sauce with chicken, bacon, pineapple and peppers is awesome too...  yum!!

National Cheese Souffle day -  If you like soufles, then here's one for  you.  I think they are little too complicated and not worth the time.  I mean, who cares if it's poufy or falls flat??  Have you ever tried german pancakes?  They are much like a soufle, but they ALWAYS go flat, so doesn't change the taste...just sayin'.  :)

Visit Your Relatives Day  - everyone needs family!!  If you can, go visit your relatives today.  I'm going in June...so it's on hold.  Might wave at my bro as I pass his house today...  :)   Go watch Relative Race!!

Have a great weekend!  I know we will.  :)

I'm so Bummed...

I'm missing out on one of the greatest events of all time..  the LDS Storymakers conference happening this weekend.  sigh.  All because I couldn't take the time off and I have face painting tomorrow.  Well...here's to all my writing friends who are soaking in the words and wisdom of those who know, lol.  Hope it's awesome...it usually is!

Well...and it's Friday!!  So, I'm not totally bummed...just a little.  I mean, one of my co-workers is going to Hawaii next week, which means BEACH!!  and I'm really missing the ocean lately...  Good thing I'm going to be able to see it in June!  :)

So...we are finally warming up (a little too warm already, but ya know) and it's going to be an awesome weekend.  I'm going to be at the Cinco de Mayo celebration at the Golden Spike, so you should come!!  It should be interesting...

Anyway - fun stuff to celebrate.  It's Friday, it's May...only 19 days of school left, lol.  :)

Bird Day - celebrate all birds!  If you love them, feed them! lol  We have a hummingbird feeder, but they haven't shown up yet this year.  And we have a HUGE magpie nest in our apple tree.  I'm not happy Bob.  :(   Dang birds.  We are not magpie lovers.  What's your favorite bird?

National Orange Juice Day - (and candied orange peel...ugh) - love orange juice!  It fills me up, does it you?  If I drink it with breakfast I don't really need much else and it sits in my stomach for a while too.  I guess that means it's probably not my favorite drink, but I still like it.  :)

And yes...the day you've all been waiting for...Intergalactic Star Wars Day!  Or, as it's more commonly known...May the Fourth Be With You!  Anyone who is a Star Wars fan loves this day.  You should all go home tonight and have a Star Wars marathon.  And I'm meaning watch the OLD ones...the original ones.  lol.
And since I'm going to be too busy to blog tomorrow when it's revenge of the fifth... here's a clip from Studio C...one we love about Darth Sidious...lol.

International Firefighters Day - I didn't know there were international firefighters...perhaps they just mean firefighters all over the world.  All of them are amazing.  It takes a special person to be someone who goes to a fire rather than run away from it...  :)  They must all be super boovs!

International Respect for Chickens Day - okay, I'm not sure why chicken deserve respect...especially internationally?  But hey, I respect chicken.  It's an awesome meat.  I love me some chicken.  Who wants chicken for lunch??

International Space Day - Kind of goes with the whole Star Wars day, right?  I think things are kind of exciting right now, with the private section doing their own thing.  NASA has kind of dropped behind things, and it's not really their fault...funding is a big issue.  But if you're into space stuff, we love The Martian - it's awesome.  Love this scene...

Petite and Proud Day - I'm considered short in my family, but that's because I have four sons all taller than me.  Okay...and two daughters.  One daughter is the same height at least!! But I have neighbors who are almost legally midgets.  The grandmother lives right next door, and her granddaughter's are pretty petite.  One of them is almost 4'.  They are gorgeous, and make the most of their height.  The one - when she went on a mission and gave her farewell talk - pulled the little kid stand over to stand on so they had to raise the podium.  She'd wanted to do that her whole life, lol.

School Lunch Hero Day - horray for the lunch ladies!!  Without them school lunches could be a scary thing.  I know some people think they're scary anyway, but hey, these ladies bring a smile to most of those kids faces, and they are dedicated.  Our neighbor used to make lunch at the high school, back when it was really cooked there - and she made the best peanut butter bars!!  We might have to make some tonight in her honor...lol.  And take some to her.  :)

Tuba Day - and last...it's Tuba Day.  I think the Tuba is a highly underrated instrument.  I can't imagine trying to carry around this huge thing to play!  Marching band...really??  You got to have some arm muscles for that.  Here's a clip of what I think that looks like, lol...

Hope you have an awesome Friday and weekend!  Remember, tomorrow is cinco de Mayo in the American culture, lol.  That means we party more than the Mexicans!  Don't know what it is that makes us take someone else's culture and run with it...you know, like St Patricks day??  Anyway...enjoy your party weekend!

Tuesday, May 01, 2018

Welcome to May!

It seems to have taken it's time getting here, lol  I'm excited!  Not that I'm wanting the hot weather to get here anytime soon, I'm not a fan of anything over 75, but ya know.  Living in Utah, kind of have to deal with it.

There were so many holidays listed for today that I slimmed it down quite a bit.  I hope you find something that tickles your funny bone and brings a smile to your face.  I know that lemonade always brings a smile to mine!!

Global Love Day - well, in case you were struggling with the concept, today is love everyone, don't be judgemental, yada yada.  In other words, live the golden rule day.

Hug Your Cat Day - depending on who you talk to, this is usually June 4th...so I'm sot sure if brownielocks got confused or there are more than one days to hug your cat - but if you own cats and won't get sliced up by hugging them, then today's the official day to do that!!  Personally, our cats don't like the hug so much as they love the petting and scratching.  I think it's a point of showering them with affection, which they are generally good with anyway...right?  It's the whole used to be worshiped as gods thing...

Lei Day  - May day is Lei day in Hawaii!!  I don't remember seeing this before.  I wish I'd known it when I was at the dollar store, I would have bought a bunch of leis and handed them out today!  It would be fun to walk up to people and give them one.  :)   I read on one site that the lei is a gift of self, because the person creating it weaves a part of themselves into it...and so they are giving a part of themselves.  I think it promotes a feeling of friendship and community.  Nice thought, huh?  Happy Lei day everyone...here's your virtual lei!

Lemonade Day - in case you weren't aware...today is a day to sponsor young entrepreneurship by promoting lemonade stands.  I thought it was just a celebration of the yummy tart stuff!  Oh well...if you see any lemonade stands, support the young business people!  And of course...drink the good stuff.  We have to listen to Alex Boye...

May Day - so...then you have May day...where everyone does the dance around the May pole and celebrates spring.  That's one thing that was fun about the Lover's Feast at the high school - they always include a Maypole dance and song.  (Even though it's in February...)

Mother Goose Day - this started in 1987 (go figure...she's been around since the 1600's...) and so we all spend some time during the day telling Mother Goose stories, right?  Well...we should.  :)

National Bubba Day - this is a day to celebrate all the 'Bubba's" in your life.  I thought it was about the guy in the movie Forest Gump, but nope - it's for all the brothers and friends who have been called bubba through the years.  Personally, I never called anyone bubba...so if you did, then it's your day.  :)

New Homeowner's Day - Hey - you've just bought a home, this day is yours!  I don't think you waited till today to celebrate you finally have a place of your own, or the fact that you have a mortgage payment over the next 30 years...or that you finally moved into that dream house you've always wanted.  Party on!!

School Principals' Day - some of these people are awesome, some drive us crazy...but this one is usually pretty funny.  So in honor of Principals day, here's Mr. Brooks with a spiel for secretaries day...lol

Stepmother's Day - for those women that everyone has an opinion about...this is their day.  It's a hard place to be in, being the step mom.  I had a step mom that was the stereotypical one.  But I have met several women in my life that are step moms and they're awesome.  So here's to you!!  It's a brave thing to take on someone elses kids and love them as your own!!

Chocolate Parfait day - which, if you get the chance to eat parfait, that would be the one I'd want to eat.  Reminds me of donkey in Shrek.  So - either we're like parfait or we LIKE parfait, I say eat parfait.  😊

I know it was kind of quiet last week, but I was busy with other stuff.  Hope you have a great day!!

Wow... really??

so - I didn't realize it has been that long since my last post.  I think I kind of gave up on it, knowing I don't have many follower...
